Characteristics
Servo motor with higher control precision realize step-less control
and dynamic adjusting during operation.
Large colored touch screen store, pick up, automatically adjust,
track, find cutting point, alarm, indicate barriers, accumulatively
count packs, bag length and speed automatic display, which can
realize precise cut and seal.
With photo-cell detecting the color mark and dual-tracing system,
this machine can effectively eliminate any packing error and avoid
materials waste.
New type vertical sealing design makes the seal at low temperature,
which effectively reduces the film burning and packing wastes.
Using cantilever structure with refined timing-belt configuration
for easy maintenance. Greatly reduces running noise and increases
the stability of the machine.
Special design for upward clamping conveyor guarantees good packing
effect for multi-row biscuit without pallet.

Packaging & Shipping
1. Product production is completed, by the quality inspection
department to check.
2.After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine.
3.Packing:
a. Inside the machine put desiccant.
b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine, Then, winding
stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap.
c. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal
reinforcement with steel.
4.Container:according to different products for reinforcement.
